Holding steady at least. Watching my calories but no working out as much as I should. Hey any tips on getting leaner WITHOUT building more muscle? I had been doing some strength training in addition to elliptical but now I'm at the point where I don't want more muscle. Focus on cardio???
158.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
