Dropping grams: yeah!
But it's been easy so far - now the real work starts! Gotta start eating healthier more consistently.

154.3 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
