I didnt put my weight in here yesturday after binging at a funeral friday and just pigging out all dya I couldnt bear to put the gained weight in I went from 9 stone 3 1/2 to 9 stone 4! just half pound off but got this off in a day yeah but the scales read 129.4 friday(and 9. 3 1/2 but also reading the weight today in stones and pounds 9.3 1/2 but it said 129.6? just to see difference I m logging this weight in but Im still 9 STONE 3 AND 1/2!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
