:( I got extremely busy and stressed out the last few weeks. I was juggling a super stressful project and work and helping out with my grandma who fell and broke her hip and was in the hospital. My healthy eating pretty much went out the window. I was still making some healthy choices but was not prepping food, etc. I also just returned from a week long business trip for said stressful project to NYC where I indulged in some of my favorite foods there... I feel gross and like over a month of tracking my food and working really hard was just erased. Days like this I feel like I will always be carrying this extra weight around and I feel sad... :( I will get back on it and track starting today.... but I do feel discouraged during moments like these...
220.0 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
