I didn't gain but I didn't lose either. Grateful for a no gain.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Unfortunately I believe I am. Although I cut Coke from work yesterday and only had 2 glasses of Coke all day. Very proud of myself.

I have switched from regular Coke to Coke Zero. Now that I am used to the taste difference, I find I actually prefer it. Doesn't leave that sugary coating in my mouth that regular soft drinks do. Still gotta watch out for the sodium, but it helps when I just must have a Coke. Otherwise, I drink a lot of iced tea sweetened with Stevia or Splenda.

Anytime I don't gain weight, it's a good day! By weighing once a week, I see where I stand and can adjust food choices. Real success takes time but is worth it. You are worth it, so hang in there ,,,,👍
