Happy to see the idiot box drop a little! It has been a busy week and I have neglected all my buddies. I need to get back in the habit of logging in every day and logging my food. Not sure what has happened to my mojo, but I gotta find it again!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 113.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
