Had a pretty good day today. Did squats. Had lunch at Taco Bell (a crunch wrap surpreme - 540 calories) and (a Pepsi with ice - 150 calories)... went shopping and bought some new clothes and shoes, then got a little treat (a chocolate junior sized frosty from Wendy's - 200 calories) altogether that's 880 calories. I've been trying to keep my calorie intake under 1,000 everyday. It seems to be working for me and that way I can lose a pound a day. I'm 198 pounds. I'm hoping by tomorrow I will be 197 pounds. If I am then I will only be 2 pounds away from 195. Things are definitely looking up for me. I'm beyond excited and can't wait to see what the days ahead will have in store for me. Losing any weight at all means that you CAN achieve your goals and turn your dreams into reality. You are worth it! Don't let anything stop you! One of the things I'm looking forward to the most is being able to fit into smaller cute denim shorts. Maybe if I try hard enough this Spring I will be able to wear some by this Summer. Well, I'm off to bed. Goodnight everyone!
