Finding your Carb number isn't easy. The power of 10 is difficult too. I'm finding the higher the carb count the less food I can eat and I still like to eat. It almost like I've stepped back to OWL. I'm not ready for Lifetime just yet. Pre and OWL is where I need to be right now. I'm not ready to take on bread yet. However, I did have 2 pork sandwiches with large rolls two weekends ago. I think it was the beer "Mich-Ultra" talking. I like to eat when I drink beers. That's my vice.
