Followed my week 1 with Jenny Craig food at least 98%. Had a few extras and without any additional exercise I FINALLY got under my 150 pound plateau!! Whoot, Whoot! I purchased food for week 2 from Jenny Craig and hope I can lose at least one pound this week.

It is intimidating to purchase most of your food from one place (and knowing it is just for you) and seeing the $ amount. It is easier to buy from different places, mix and match brands (like I have tried using Jenny Craig, Atkins, Smart Ones, and my own food) and purchasing it throughout the week and I don't see the high $ of all of it. That is why I have not purchased JC meals for all of my meals for awhile. Jenny Craig food works and I add my fresh vegetables and fruits and I DO get full.

I'll try to do extra exercise two or three times this week to see if I can get more than 1 pound lost this week.
149.6 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
