Ok, OK. I am eating less so I am not gaining weight. I am not eating enough less to lose weight. This next week I will cut back the calories and the unnecessary extra servings.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, I promise. Besides, starting Mondday I am in the stationary jog beside the stationary challenge. : )
