Yessss, finally off the current plateau of 83.7 and down to 83.1 ! Doggedly sticking to my salads , little carbs,and have that 1/2 hour walk every night !Started yoga classes and my 50 crunches every day are shaping my abs :)Progress !
183.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.9 lb a week
