172.6 lb Lost so far: 103.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You seem to be still doing well with your goals despite your recent injury. Still with LCHF? If so don't forget you lose electrolytes (Sodium, Magnesium, etc) with the reduced water retention. Good to see you ended up taking up weights (me too), I think too many women are scared of resistance training (of putting on too much muscle) but it just doesn't happen with women unless they are fanatical about it. Keep going girl, I can see it is making you happier.
