I have been retaining water I think. My rings are stuck on my fingers, and I am ovulating today. Im not bloated thankfully! I feel better than a day or two ago too. Exercise might begin to pick up again now that my energy is picking up; its worth mentioning that my energy is still less than when I ate a high carb diet. Time will tell if that changes...

Im bummed that I gained 0.8 pounds overnight. Now isnt that neurotic? Its these little things that keep me from seeing the long term goal. I am going to stick in there til at least Christmas. Im not stupid; I know I wont lose 10 pounds by then...but I expect to lose between 5-7. I read on another site that during induction we lose 10% of weight we need to lose. I guess I should at least expect a 2.5 weight loss...
131.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

You can do it! How often do you weigh? I put my scales AWAY until Dec. 10th!! I'm sick of the hassle and nervous feeling of steppin' on that thing. Plus, hopefully by the time I weigh again, it will show me something better. Our weight will go up and down each day though depending on water retention and stuff so I wouldn't worry too much about it. Wait a few days and try again... p.s. I don't "always" weigh the least first thing in the morning either... wait until you "feel" lighter but NOT right after you eat!

If you do weigh-in every day, at least compare it to your weight from a week ago, not from the day before. You are making great progress. I did not lose 10% of my weight during induction, don't set yourself up for disappointment, everyone is different, as long as you are losing, that is what counts. We get caught up with the numbers, but the downward "trend" is what we need to focus on.
