plan to run 5 miles today ... Baby Elizabeth is 3 months 24 1/2 inches @ 15 lbs! I have slacked on my exercise and diet ... I have been using a running program for the g1 and lost a month of data ... got discouraged / took vacation ... and lost focus and gained 12lbs in a month ... back on track ....
250.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
