I'm so tired today, friends. I haven't been able to run since Friday, so this morning my coworker and I tried running outside. Pretty good 5k time! But it wiped me out.

I was able to lose a little this week, despite no work out and being trapped in the house for 4 days (snowed like crazy here!).

We ordered pizza tonight, and it was absolutely delicious. Zero regrets! It'll also be warm enough tomorrow night to play volleyball! This weather is super crazy!

Anyways, I hope you all have a fantastic week!
139.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
