Back into Whole Food Plant Based way of eating. No added sugar, no processed food, no added oils. Did really well and sabatoged myself over the summer with dairy. Dairy sets me up for cravings and away I go eating more and more.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
