On Monday 2 Jan 2017 my weight was on the dot 60.00kg was expecting more as I ate sooooo much on 1 Jan 2017 and bad as hell and drinking of course , My goal is always not to go over 60kgs coming from 85kgs when i started my weightloss journey, the festive was good , my festive always start beginning Dec, this time i tried to stay active at least 3 times a week even if its just a 3km jog or walk and some light exercise. the worst for me after holiday is being unfit ,and not gaining weight,and this time i feel so much better as I don't have the unfit feeling. so this morning when i was on the scale after Monday i was -1.8kgs even if its water weight or what ever I'm happy with that.
