Started my period today.
Hungry!! But keeping under 1100 calories.
Very pleased to be releasing 7 pounds already!! 😊👍🏻
233.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
