I don't know if it's (1) thing I'm doing or the whole lot of it.
I've cut alcohol for a month, and very little grain.
Honey in coffee instead of sugar, fruit in the morning till lunch.
An amazing salad at lunch.
Very small supper (more of a healthy snack)
Been eating sauerkraut and yogourt consistently every day. (to revive the gut)
3 or 4 minutes of elliptic every day, with a one minute increase every week, with a walk
I've never felt better! I've completely lost the sluggishness I've felt every day of my life! (it wasn't a life, more of just an existence)
And of course, no processed food, which I've been doing for the last 15 years.
I know the weight will come off now, because I believe with weight off, I'll even feel better! Yep, the best is yet to come!
