so yesterday my eating was on point till lunch time , i had a lot to eat after lunch just because i was offered popcorn, so i got home and i ate a packet full of popcorn afterwards, fruit , yogurt , provita's cheese , rusk biscuits, and no training but it seems that is what the body wanted a cheat day to make the grams drop , i was worried as i was struggling with the last 1kg but happy still -500g to go before Friday , amm tomorrow. I do know after this weekend i will be back on 57-58kgs , long weekend camping#braai and all the fun stuff.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 4.6 lb a week

I would love go weigh 58kg it just seem that the last few kg just won't come off. I still have 4.8kg to go.
