Wretched week. Ate too much, drank too much wine, blah blah. Almonds and sunflower seeds part of my downfall. The only good news is the BG is still good because of what I ate. Did't do the carbs at all. Jason and grandkids coming next Friday, but only for one meal and I'm cooking that so not a problem there. Need to get the ball and treadmill sequence going again. Thank goodness for golf. Start again with the measuring and logging.
