is this a plateau??

(I mean it's basically a nothing drop)

what is going on.
2 fast days.
lots of weights.
lots of running.

maybe I'm delusional // so many people are
125.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 125.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lots of weights means lean mass could be increasing hence it offsets weight of fat/water loss. Like if you lost 0.5kg in total for the week but gained 0.1kg of lean muscle mass and those muscles hold 0.2kg of water then your scale will only show you a 0.2kg drop overall. You are doing awesomely well so don't overthink it :D
