didnt weigh in
not fasting today (work breakfast with team and I really don't want everyone to think I'm crazy drinking a black coffee)

so

- today: treadmill 40mins & cycle 20mins

- tomorrow : morning run and fasting

- weigh in: morning run wednesday morning
aim: 56.9kgs

126.5 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 126.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
