Had to cut my holiday short and return home because I was sick so not a happy camper. I probably wont be able to do much exercise this week so that sucks. Otherwise everything starting to get better. Weight-loss is on track.
252.4 lb Lost so far: 87.3 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure that you don't exercise too early, you can have another bout of sickness if you go back to it too soon. :)

Thanks for the thoughts, seems basic knowledge but that is exactly what I was going to do today but you are correct the body needs rest and when performing optimally is a wonderful machine.
