Doing slightly better, but didn't track in Newfoundland - on the positive side, I walked FOREVER :-) Need to get back to tracking, that's certainly one of the keys! Luck to all :-)
226.8 lb Lost so far: 27.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can do it :-) You have the right attitude. Food journal keeping is what helped me to succeed so far. I can't believe I waited this long to use this app instead of pen and paper!

I don't know how you COULDN'T drop weight in Newfoundland - the whole bloody place is built on steep, rocky hills. It's MAGNIFICENT, but exhausting. At one point my iPhone fit thingie told me I had climbed 29 flights of stairs in a day - oh, I did NOT, I would never do that. I'm allergic to stairs, and against them on principle, I'm from the PRAIRIES. We like FLAT ;-) The only convenience store close to the hotel was WAY UP a hill. You really, really gotta want a chocolate bar to even consider that trek!
