Day 13 of 59 of #whole30 was a mess. Had a friends house warming party and even I didn't bring a whole30 compliant food to share. I brought something my wife was craving (cheese & beer soup with homemade pretzel croutons). Ended up cheating on dinner (and drinks).

For those of you who haven't looked into whole30, if you cheat you are supposed to start over. I honestly don't think physically much harm can be done in one meal (we'll see how long it takes me to get back to pre-party weight), I just think it is a deterrent to cheat. You also aren't supposed to weigh yourself while you are on it, but I find it motivating.
171.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 15.4 lb a week
