I made it to the WW meeting yesterday by the skin of my teeth. I think the woman who was taking our weigh-ins got a little upset at my tardiness! it's soooo hard to run home from work, get all cleaned up and then head to town like a crazy woman just to make weigh-in. So, you can imagine how close i got to not putting up with her attitude! I swear!! You know those days when you feel stretched to the limits? yeah....
I've been sticking to my diet perfectly even though I haven't been able to be on the site too much...don't worry, i'm working my rear off!
As for exercise; i've worked out once before work and then around 8pm in the evening while everyone is watching TV. it's a perfect time for me since i'm not a TV person. So, yesterday I had an intake of 813 calories, and then burned 550 at workout. That's not counting anything I did thru work. Day before yesterday I had an intake of 1000 calories and burned off 625 in workout. My main drink of choice is bottled water. i drink it for every meal, other than soymilk in my cereal and 2 cups of coffee, I don't drink anything else.
weigh in was once again frustrating. At first the scale said 118.4 (exactly what it was the week before) and then about 2 seconds later, it flashed 118.0
so there you have it! I get alot of slack because it's only a few pounds that I need to lose, people don't really empathize with me, they're too busy rolling their eyes, but I feel every bit as frustrated as all of you who are working very very hard to meet bigger goals. I had a physical 2 weeks ago and all my lab work came back exceptionally well. So, why won't those pounds go away? don't worry, i'm not giving up! i'm more determined than ever and I'm already looking to do more extreme work outs. That's about all that's left because I won't take pills or supplements. that stuff makes me gag!
118.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey BadAndee, While you were having you physical did you talk to you doctor about losing weight. The calorie intake you've noted is well below anything a doctor would recommend and below the WW plan goals. Particularly with the sort of activity you're doing 1500 calories a day should be a minimum. Just concerned, Angie

Yeah, I mentioned the WW diet to him because he printed out an overview that had my BMI on it. My target points are 20 per day, and even yesterday's intake equaled 17 points. I fell just a little short but that's because I mainly had veggies stir-fry for dinner. Thanks for caring and being concerned.
