Praise the Lord for encouragement and strength to stay on track and keep my focus on my goal. 63 lbs less of me is feeling better every day (even if no more is ever lost). 😀
173.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
