I am fighting for every pound to come off right now! It goes on so easy but is sooo hard to take off, isn't it? It doesn't seem fair!

I am whooped today by my workouts. I went to a 45 min full gym boot camp today for the first time. Push ups, lunges, running across the gym with a 10 lb bar over you head and then with holding a chair over your head, and much more. I feel it in my arms more than anything. Tonight my hubby and I went for a quick work out for 35 min which included bike, run, and elliptical. He has been trying to lose weight too and is doing good with it and is joining me for workouts. He is going to do the triathlons too with me. Of course all his times are already better than mine. Oh well! I am still .60 mile behind my bike time from last year. I am working my butt off to beat my time and not sure what the deal is with that other than I'm a year older.

We made some yummy sauteed scallops in a little butter and some fish in a little butter and green onions. Both very yummy. See my last journal for some good tips and a soup recipe.

Wow, you're workouts are impressive! I think I burned extra calories just reading about them! Thanks for the tips on the previous journal. I'll have to check out that sports bra. Keep on going, wonder woman!

Very impressed w/ your work outs! I wonder why you didn't drop em as fast as weight gains usually fall. Try cutting back carbs? NOT entirely but enough to cut cal a little... or maybe you ARE having too little. When we work out this much we do need fuel to lose!
