It's the weekend, and a bright full moon is upon us these nights. Spent an hour in the Jacuzzi, last night. Our frig is in, and all is well. It has been perfect weather. Debating, going to the Fair, and football, and Hollywood Bowl tomorrow for Hall and Oates. That will be a audience sing fest. That means Subway sandwiches for us. Will see what effect skipping workouts has. I may just go easy until surgery. Have a great weekend, everyone! FATLOSSTIPIDEA.COM

Have a great weekend Warren. I skipped my workout yesterday and I made good use of the extra time. it was a good day. back at it today, though! Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy! Sounds like you have a lot of fun choices to make!

Love your new meme, Warren. Moon shot is fabulous. Did you take it or is it from a spaceship? Your surgery is a month away. Your workouts will build your immune system and strengthen your lungs for faster a recovery time. Skipping them probably isn't in your best interest. 🏋🏊🏻 🚴

Some guy on Imgur said he was trying out his new telephoto lens out and took the pic. Sarah, I workout so hard, it has been difficult to recover, and I thought I might just get back to feeling stronger. I will see how it goes. I agree with you, though. I may workout a bit next week. Thanks!

Oh, I am a reading teacher, that doesn't read well. I thought you said funny things. I have no kids, so I try and stay busy. The Fair, now is walking distance from my house.

Warren, when I was a kid, back in another epoch, I lived in Naples. I loved it there. I have fun memories of boating, roller-skating, biking and water fights in and around those canals.
