so this past month my food intake was very clean ,but my snacking over weekends was a little bad popcorn and dark chocolate some ciders, exercise was still on point 3-5 sessions and 30 min lunch walks at least 3 times a week 2-3km , but some how the scale doesn't love me even though my size 32 still fits as if i weigh 57kgs,but this morning i got a big wake up call when i weigh myself, going over 60kgs is not the direction i want to move in, so from today and I know i say it always but really I'm gonna really try we have 3 months till summer at least to work on this body.
134.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

but i read dark choc is good its made of cocoa higher than 60% and that you should eat one bar daily so i started eating one a day and it helps me feel less hungry and pop corn is high in antioxidant. just what i read.

Remember carbs can lead to water retention and ciders definitely is a serious carb. So drink a lot of water and see if it changes. The chance of you gaining 3kg in 2days is "almost" impossible because u must eat approx 3500 EXTRA calories to what your body needs to gain approx 450g. So just get back on track and drink lots of water.

Try to cut the snacking... that's where I always go wrong... butt it's hard... I know... try to replace it with a protein snack like yogurt or biltong instead of carbs
