First weigh-in in a couple days. My second round of #whole30 ended 3 days ago and I've allowed myself to splurge. I have a half marathon tomorrow so until Monday I'm going to let myself enjoy the things #whole30 won't. It's #carboload time!
168.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 11.2 lb a week
