Well, a happy Monday to the community! Travel day back to LA, and my first appointment to hopefully, arrange surgery tomorrow. Had a late night Cannelloni dinner, that took away any breakfast appetite. I think, I escaped this trip fairly well, diet wise. Have a great day, everyone! What do Scientists know about preventing aging?Maybe, I can be glad to live in California?

When I go shopping for groceries like this, it better be some kind of nudist camp, convenience store. Lol Or a lot hotter than Vegas ever gets, like maybe 130 degrees or more.

That pic was taken at the Tybee Island IGA! Their deli makes some of the best sandwiches. The wedding I officiated last weekend was on Tybee.
