It depends on how the wraps affect your blood sugar. Before adding grains, Atkins suggests you try adding more vegetables and nuts and seeds. But if it doesn't make you crave carbs, I guess you have to feel it out. Are you counting carbs because in week 3 you should be out of Induction, into Ongoing weight loss and up to 25g carbs per day. During induction there are no grains, fruits, not even nuts or seeds. Be careful how quickly you add back carbs. Let me know if you have any questions. Good job on the loss.
