The body is one strange thing, as per the scale I have gained about 2.7kgs (for my normal weight that is 57kgs) and 4.9kgs for my cycling racing weight(55kgs). Normally if I weigh more than 57kgs my size 32 can’t really fit, that’s why I always have a size 34jeans, just for that times. But for the past 3 months I have not excise / cycle as much as I normally do , I have not eat clean as I normally do, If I exercise its about 2-3 times a week for 40min , my weekly intake on food will be clean but for the past month I have 8 birthday parties and I had cake at all of them and not just one piece. But the strange thing is my clothes size 32 fit , I bought a size small dress 2 weeks ago and even that dress looks too big. So my point is maybe we must stop obsessing about the scale and maybe just work on our goals and use other forms of measurements , clothes , pics , taking your cm , maybe your mood how you feel and so on. Hope you all have a great week and month.
My goals for this week , 8 glasses or more cold water , coffee and tea only 2 cups with milk per day and the others without milk, No bread as this is my new addiction, and I will stop eating bread till I feel I can control the intake again. NO Chips also one of my bad habits this winter that I need to stop.
131.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

@Saige18 Good point... I know for me, my scale is my obsession. I stand on it EVERY morning and beat myself up about it the whole day... its actually quite mental... but then again there is no better feeling when the clothes feel bigger on your body :) enjoy your week xxx

Yes this is true! The scale is a liar!! lol. Two people can weigh the same but one can be obese and one can be slim. Always keep track of measurements and clothing fit.
