Woo-hoo!! 700g's down!!
Satisfied!
I realize the weekend (from this morning) is 3 days long.
And that's what makes it so easy to screw things up on the scale.
So, gotta stay focused!
Am starting to understand that I should really adapt a 80-20 lifestyle (where I follow good food choices 80% of the time and enjoy the cake and pizza here and there, but not as a lifestyle of eating habits).
But that's just for me.
Go strong with whatever works for you!

141.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
