I haven't recorded anything for days but I promise you I have been busy with work and working out. Yup I am keeping fit...
My face broke out so I have to say goodbye to dairy once and for all. Bought some black soap 2 days ago, the rashes are gone and some bumps are reduced. One thing:it dries out the face, luckily I have some aloe gel...
Had some home-made aloe drink made with aloe vera from my back yard, as well as sugar substitute and lime juice, to help with the internal cleanse.
All is well I suppose.*Sips tea*
137.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
