hangin in there.... had a bday party over the weekend for my dad. i didn't eat too much but i didn't track. i think overall i did better than i used to (no dessert and did not overeat). yay!
198.8 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
