I feel good and happy for any weight loss.
For me this is a big loss as I have been so hurt and I now feel more mobile!
I tend to forget the injuries I have are still there even though I feel better and tend to over due :(
The simple things lots of folks take for granted, I am grateful.
I'm working at this and when I get frustrated? I know you guys get it and I so glad for all your support.
I don't feel alone, especially to the ones who have to maintain, that must hard too.
So I celebrate today for the strength to keep fighting and losing lol!

272.7 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 137.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
