Survived Thanksgiving without too much damage. I feel better and think I am losing inches but the weight is not coming off. I think I am gaining far more muscle than fat coming off.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
