Back on track for the new year.... Lost more then 50lbs following South Beach way of thinking last year... People it is about SMART CARBS and being very aware what you are putting your mouth. Quality foods make for a quality individual!!!! We create ourselves through AUTHENTICITY... not through Processes!!! Why would we choose proccessed foods when authentic real foods make us who we need to be... Healthy!!!!
193.4 lb Lost so far: 126.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

South beach really is the best way of eating out there isn't it?

Yes it is... eat real food prepare yourself and you will loose weight. However I am not a fan of the southbeach prodcuts in the grocery stores. I believe is keeping real and not eating processed foods! organic where ever possible.
