Day6 on the 16:8 way of eating , its getting harder for me, but I'm still motivated the challenge now is just to get to 12 before I eat.
Can't wait to weigh myself and take my cm
Still eating clean , was craving something sweet, crunchy last night, did weights last night 45min+10min spinning, had veg soup (home made) for dinner and afterwards a cup of cocoa + tsp honey and boiled water for the sweat chocolate craving I had.
Today for lunch I have 3 eggs + 1 small avo tbsp lite mayo and cayenne pepper and a green apple and if i'm hungry after lunch I still have muesli and yogurt.
Just glad I don't have a problem anymore all is good.
Funereal tomorrow afternoon will have lunch before I go so that I don't give in to that unhealthy funereal snacks afterwards and sip on my water.
132.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hi Skinny Thank you, I want to weigh and measure on Tuesday I want to do this every 2nd week , really want to scale down on the scale .lol that thing messes with one's head. will not be able to 18:6 on Saturday doing mtb race and I must eat before the time as I don't fuel on the bike a lot, also party the evening , So I'm really going to try the following Breakfast morning ( future life porridge ), on the bike bananas and my nuts and water and energy supplement , after race recovery shake and lots of water , going to try not to eat until party time , Hope i will be able to do that as I'm always hungry as hell after cycling as I burn more than 1000-2000 calories. at party protein with salad , then maybe one cheat treat will see what they have or just take yogurt and fruit with as my desert. hope not to binge out on Saturday at the party.
