I waited a day to record because I wanted to see if this was an end to this being stuck for 5 days and yesterday I was 280 so I'll happily take the 279.8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
279.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 144.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
