SO I did decently considering the way everything had been going to date. Although my initial weigh in was Thursday, I had weighed myself Monday the 4th and began then.
Down 2.5lbs which is great and very motivating to keep my going. This weekend was tough because my parents came and took me to sushi to help celebrate my birthday (a few days early) and that was okay, not awful. Yesterday at dinner I wanted a fatty burger but opted for the turkey burger with red pepper mayo on the side and a slice of cheese. I still allowed myself to have curly fries as a beer but only ate half of the burger and the fries!
