On day four of my penance for last Wednesday's debauchery....
176.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I haven't done either of those. Honestly, I just had to let it run through my system reminding me to be faithful for the rest of the round. Starting to lose weight again.
