Sooo gewens dit is meer :-( but anyway Day 3 , God be with me this weekend to keep the eating clean , activities for the weekend 80km cycling on sat and Sunday the spar women's race 10km run.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.1 lb a week
