So last night I told hubby a spur burger would be nice buy one get one free on Mondays , and he said yes we can go after my aerobic/weight training class, I got home and he made burgers, and chips , all in the oven with no added oils , at that stage I was sooooo hungry as I only had futurelife for bfast , 1 apple , a banana before class, and veg soup for lunch yesterday and I was so happy that he made dinner( that never happens) I had only one burger , chips , then one of the ladys in my class came to my house and gave me cake ( that jam and coconut cake) my fav, well so I had that after dinner , this morning the scale told me 59.3kg well the gain was expected , so this morning I told my self so we keep it clean today , then when i got to the kitchen the last 2 blocks of cake was staring at me , and because I'm so weak these days I ate the 2 blocks, but I will keep it clean for the rest of the day . I must really stop with this yo yo dieting.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hehehe, you are not alone. If I could just stop stuffing my face with that last little bit of indulgence!!! Keep strong, we'll get there eventually!!!

Its almost like when you get back from the festive holidays ,and my will power is so gone since the Easter times when i was on leave. Ai I will try at least to keep it clean today and reset everything and keep it clean from tomorrow 100% on wards
