I ate well yesterday, one of my tasks is to tidy up a conference room that is being used by visiting analysts from our team but overseas.

The left cookies, luckily as I was tidying up I saw that the lady from Taiwan brought a coconut roll up wafer... 1 bite

And a sesame cookie, black and oily (asian desserts are strange) 1 bite and I tossed it.

I couldn't resist, but at least i didn't devour the entire thing.
I ignored the American Pecan Carmel Turtles :-) My weight is going down. I feel good, strong. The weight is coming down and I feel accomplished.

I will have 1 cocktail tonight - ice, lemon juice and espresso teaspoon of coconut nectar - 6 g of carbs, and Vodka. I bought a flask size bottle, small and will allow myself 1 drink per night on weekends and sip it. Not an alcoholic but I do love wine and the occasional stiff drink.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 115.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes that 1 glass of something just hits the spot. Then there are the nites when you gotta have 2. No more than that. Enjoy.

Life will throw you curve balls and it will not be easy to change your diet at first. But after a few weeks it will be like riding a bicycle and you will forget you ever ate bread, pasta or cookies
