I ate well yesterday, one of my tasks is to tidy up a conference room that is being used by visiting analysts from our team but overseas.
The left cookies, luckily as I was tidying up I saw that the lady from Taiwan brought a coconut roll up wafer... 1 bite
And a sesame cookie, black and oily (asian desserts are strange) 1 bite and I tossed it.
I couldn't resist, but at least i didn't devour the entire thing. I ignored the American Pecan Carmel Turtles :-) My weight is going down. I feel good, strong. The weight is coming down and I feel accomplished.
I will have 1 cocktail tonight - ice, lemon juice and espresso teaspoon of coconut nectar - 6 g of carbs, and Vodka. I bought a flask size bottle, small and will allow myself 1 drink per night on weekends and sip it. Not an alcoholic but I do love wine and the occasional stiff drink.
