So, I have completely let myself go...
But I've got the wake-up call and to give my fat cells a go, I've entered into a DietBet challenge.
Gotta loose 4% body weight in 4 weeks. And had to bet $30 on myself.
In Rands, it's quite a bit of money, so I have GOT to loose it and keep it off in time for the final weigh-in.
And then... If I succeed, the winnings will be shared between everybody that made it as well.

I've done the challenge in November last year and succeeded and won $47.
So, I'm looking forward to building up my pot by loosing the weight that I already want to loose!
Plus 4% is only 2.7kg!!!
I can get that off with propper eating in a week!!

DietBet is an app that you download and link to either a credit card or payPal account. There are 3 types of challenges: loose 4% in 4 weeks; or loose 10% in 6 months; and then there's also one to keep your weight for a whole year! Ish!!
I'll try that one waaaay later :-)
And I must say, how genius is that, to help people get motivated on loosing the weight!
The organisers keeps 25% of the money and the rest is devided between all the winners.
There are challenges that start off almost weekly, so I hope any one of you are also motivated to join in that way in the battle against th buldge!!
148.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
