Thank you. This is what I recorded in August 2015, and this line of thinking got me nowhere, except fat. I'm now willing to do what it takes and accept that this is what needs to be done. I've got myself out of debt by writing every fracking penny down, I can do this with food... Thanks for the support. today I'm going to say out loud what I've been thinking all along. If I'm not losing weight, it's because I don't want to do the work I don't want to log in my food, I don't want to measure my food. I don't want to weigh my food. I don't want to spend hours exercising (which I have anyways - walking) I don't want to cut out my morning coffee with sugar. I don't want to cut out having wine I don't want to go hungry I don't want to much on celery sticks or carrots when I'm nervous. Fruits I'll have. I don't want that feeling on wanting for more I don't want to go without treating myself by having a good satisfying, healthy meal I don't want to spend the time I need to in the kitchen preparing, slicing, cutting and then cleaning up from that slicing, cutting and preparing.

I guess now I not only understand, but I accept this is the way it's gotta be...

You can have some treats as well - you just have to factor them in. As you say, it's the same as counting your pennies. Good luck! You can do this!
